Tom Thys is a Brussels architect.

Tom Thys worked at De Smet-Vermeulen Architecten and Peter Kint Architecten. In 2003 he founded his own agency together with Adinda Van Geystelen. Between 2015 and 20.. he associated himself with Jan Vermeulen.

Since 1997, Tom Thys has been affiliated with the Department of Architecture at KU-Leuven. There he led several graduation studios as a guest lecturer together with Ward Verbakel. Based on his practical expertise, Tom provided his cooperation and advice to various studies and policy papers relating to school construction & collective living.
